EASY, FAST, AND NON-EXPENSIVE WAY TO CREATE A WOOD FLOOR

A rolled-out wood mat (Roll Floor) is a simple and effective solution to cover any flat surface with a much more comfortable natural wood floor. The applications are not limited. Examples are bathroom mats, camping and patio mats, RV outdoor rugs, outdoor runners, cover areas around the pool, flooring for basements, porch rugs, toilet mats, and doormats. Create pathways in your garden - use Roll Floor mats as permanent or temporary solutions outdoors and indoors. Roll Floor comes with a fabric storage case.

Roll Floor mats are made with 100% Green and safe thermo-treated hardwood (thermowood).

The planks in Roll Floors are 5" wide and oiled with UV protection to ensure they continue looking their best come rain or shine.

ADVANTAGES OF THERMO-TREATMENT

Essential Durability
Thermo treatment is a chemical-free process resulting in unmatched durability and natural resistance to termites and pests.

Lowest Maintenance
The improved dimensional stability allows for extended maintenance intervals compared to other wood products.

Repels Moisture
Thermally-treated wood naturally repels moisture to prevent the warping, shrinking, and swelling of the wood.

Class B Fire Rating
Reduced combustibility due to thermo-treatment.

Exotic wood look
The brown color is consistent beyond the surface.

RUBBER STRIPS ON THE BACK

The boards in Roll Floors are connected with the rubber strips on the back, which keeps a necessary space between boards. Easy-to-cut rubber strips also allow Roll Floors to fit any length of installation space.

We use an eco-friendly EPDM backing rubber material to fasten the planks together. The special profile of the rubber prevents the Roll Deck from slipping on any surface. The rubber does not leave any marks on the surfaces. You can place several Roll Floors together; they will not slip and don't need additional connectors.

ROLL FLOORS SET UP TIPS

  • The Roll Floors don't require professional installation as they are easy to roll out and place on any surface.

  • Avoid bumping surfaces to ensure it's reasonably flat with no cupping boards.

  • Remember that roll floors are not designed for structural applications or to hold any weight in the air.

  • If you need to cut boards cross, use chop or table saw. Saw speed will affect the cut quality; generally, the higher the saw power, the better the cut quality.

  • Roll Floors are easy to resize if you cut rubber strips with scissors to make Roll Floors shorter.

  • Roll floors don't need to be attached if you use a few of them, as they do not slide on any surfaces.
